When will I receive my first letter?
Letters are mailed on the 17th of each month. Subscribe between the 1st and 17th and you'll receive the current month's letter. Subscribe on or after the 17th and your subscription will begin with next month's letter. Your subscription renews automatically one month from your signup date, so you'll only be charged once for each monthly mailing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing date through your subscription management page you will create at check out. Subscriptions are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available through our International Subscription option. Please note that delivery times vary by country and may take several weeks depending on your local postal service. Please allow at least 3 weeks to receive your letter.
What's your refund policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no future renewals will be charged. Because each month's mail is created and prepared in advance, we aren't able to refund shipments that have already been processed or mailed. Gift subscriptions are a prepaid one payment subscription, are non-refundable, and automatically end after the gifted term is complete. However, if there's ever a problem with your order, please reach out. We always do our best to make it right.
