Letters are mailed on the 13th of each month. 

To allow time for preparation, subscriptions purchased after the 13th will begin with the following month's mailing. 

For example, if you subscribe on July 20, your first letter will be mailed on August 13. 

Each monthly envelope includes: 

• A personal letter from me 

• A collectible My Heal Time quote card 

• A double-sided reflection card featuring a journal prompt, digital companion, and affirmation or nervous system reset 

• An encouraging sticker 

•  A 4x6 keepsake art print related to the theme 

• A surprise paper keepsake or activity 

No. While each envelope follows the same general format, the theme, letter, quote card, journal prompt, digital companion, sticker, and surprise gift change each month.

Each reflection card includes a QR code that contains a digital component related to the month's theme. This may include a playlist, voice memo, guided reflection, podcast episode, article, or other thoughtfully selected resource.

Yes. Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing date. Subscriptions are non-refundable.

Yes. We offer both 6-month and 1-year gift subscriptions both domestically and internationally. Gift subscriptions are prepaid, non-refundable, and automatically end after the gifted term is complete.

Yes. International shipping is available through our International Subscription option. Please note that delivery times vary by country and may take several weeks depending on your local postal service. Please allow at least 3 weeks to receive your letter.
